But some people don’t mind replaying content and if you do play a ton during the beta then you should be familiar with all of the secrets of Fractured Peaks, so replaying through the area shouldn’t take too much time. That’s a bit of a bummer, especially if you put a ton of time into the beta and max all the available classes to Level 25. This, unfortunately, means that your characters or progress made during this time will no carry over to the full game at release. But what about when Diablo 4 officially launches? Will your Diablo 4 beta characters carry over to the full game?īlizzard has confirmed that all characters created during the Diablo 4 beta weekends will be deleted once the Beta ends. This means if you create a Barbarian and level up to Level 15 during the Early Access weekend, you’ll be able to jump into the Open Beta next weekend and continue your progress from that level. The level cap for both of these weekend tests is Level 25 and progress will carry over between beta weekends. The second Open Beta weekend will also unlock the Druid and Necromancer. During this first Early Access weekend, the Barbarian, Rogue and Sorcerer will be available to play as.
This second open beta period will be available to anyone regardless of pre-order status.īoth of these beta weekends allow players to experience the early portions of Diablo 4, including the Prologue and the entirety of Act 1, and explore the first zone, Fractured Peaks. Running from March 17 through March 19, the beta gives players a taste of the upcoming action RPG before its full release this summer.įollowing this weekend’s early access period will be another beta weekend that runs from March 24 through March 26.
